DELIVERY & RETURNS

We ship by GLS. Packages are generally dispatched on the same working day after receipt of payment unless the payment is received after 3.00pm, in which case they are dispatched on the next working day. Shipping to the UK generally takes from 3 to 5 working days. GLS delivers Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Once your shipment is prepared, you will receive a confirmation from GLS ("Dispatch information") with your package tracking number. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and transport fees are currently fixed at one level and do not vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Optocare Sp. z o.o. ships only within the European Union. We do not ship away from the EU.
